• 1 Vienoise bread
• 4 thin slices roast beef
• 4 slice tomato, thin
• 4 slice cucumber, thin
• 2 cheese slices, cut into triangles.
• 1 Lettuce leaves
• 30 gms Mayonnaise(American Garden)
• Salt/pepper to taste.
• Tomato ketchup squeeze
• Black olive(garnish)
• Slice vienoise bread in the middle.
• Spread mayonnaise evenly on both sides of bread.
• Squeeze tomato ketchup & add salt/pepper as required.
• Arrange lettuce leaves & cheese triangles.
• Then arrange slices of tomato & cucumber, one by one.
• Then arrange roast beef slices by folding two times.
• Top, garnish with black olives & serve.
